Born from a Love for San Cristóbal
San Cristóbal Food Tour was born from a simple idea: that the best way to understand a place is through its food, its markets, and the people who cook it every day.
We're a small, family-run team of local guides who grew up in the highlands of Chiapas. We know which market stall has the freshest cheese, which tavern serves the most honest pox, and which grandmother still grinds her own cacao. We don't just take you to restaurants — we take you into our culture.
Every IMMERSIVE journey we lead is designed to support the small producers, family kitchens, and neighborhood businesses that make San Cristóbal de Las Casas one of the most magical Pueblos Mágicos in Mexico.
